I have been on a spiritual journey so far a couple of years now.
I have gone through some hard and dark period of time,
when I had a very negative mindset. I had depression and anxiety.
I know what I talk about.
I know how it feels when you almost lost your hope.
I know how much it takes to take time for yourself, your health, and wellness.
I had a quite big transformation.
I got a more positive mindset.
I have learned so much about how to take care of yourself and how to get more time for yourself.
I have learned to rest and sleep better.
I think meditation and mindfulness help me a lot.
My advice to everybody today:
Just listen to your heart! Take time for yourself and your health.
