I am interested in nature, traveling and exploring different places. I think we can find beauty and just something unique around us.

My dream is to do what I love and enjoy the path to seeing life’s miraculous things.

Here are a few holiday tips with low budget.

The low budget thing to do in the summer:

1. Day trip to somewhere near like nature destination.

2. Walking in the woods.

3. Yoga from Youtube and take your yoga mat with you to the outside, somewhere near to park.

4. Piknik outside or your balcony or near next to the yard. Take a blanket with you.

5. Swimming.

6. Walking with your friend to the beach, maybe get a coffee or tea.

7. Visit your family or friends place.

8. Take coffee with you and drink it outside somewhere near your home.

9. Buy an ice cream and enjoy!

10. If you have some budget, you can visit some island or some other city and explore!

Summer bucket list update

Here was my summer bucket list:

1. Swimming

2. Eat outside

3. Summer trip

4. Hiking

5. Good food and company

I have been going to swim several times. I also swim in the sea a few times.

I ate outside also a few times. 🙂

I did a few summer trips this summer. I went to Nuuksio two times, I visited different places. I slept outside, which was interesting. There I hiked and walked outside in nature. It was cool, exciting, and peaceful.

I had a few dinners with friends and family in the summer. We grilled with my family, it was a fun time of day spending time with close people. <3

My summer bucket list actualized very well. I did also some extra things. At this year I didn’t want to do anything big, I wanted to keep it simple and low cost.

Uin monta kertaa kesÀn aikana. KÀvin myös uimassa meressÀ muutaman kerran.

Söin ulkona muutaman kerran. 🙂

Tein muutaman kesÀreissun kesÀn aikana. Menin Nuuksioon kahdesti, vierailin eri paikoissa. Nukuin ulkona, mikÀ oli mielenkiintoista. SiellÀ patikoin ja kÀvelin luonnossa. Se oli mahtavaa, jÀnnittÀvÀÀ ja rauhaisaa.

Minulla oli muutamia dinneri kertoja ystÀvien ja perheen kanssa. Grillasimme kesÀllÀ perheen kanssa, mikÀ oli mukavaa ajanviettoa lÀheisten ihmisten parissa. <3

KesÀn toivelista toteutui hyvin. Tein vÀhÀn ylimÀÀrÀisiÀkin asioita. TÀnÀ vuonna en halunnut tavoitella isoja tavoitteita vaan keskittyÀ yksinkertaisiin ja edullisiin valintoihin.

I watch the minimalism documentary from Netflix a few years back. My sister recommended it. It was a turning point for me because it just ‘opened my eyes’. I have previously read about Conmari methods and some articles about it. I haven’t read a book about it.

So, I like the minimalist lifestyle and I felt like that, it could be something to try out and become familiar with more. I would want to read more about this minimalism lifestyle and method.

I followed the minimalist Facebook site. Here is a link to the Facebook site of the minimalists. Best friends Joshua Fields Millburn & Ryan Nicodemus thought they have everything that they need until they didn’t want the usual life and lifestyle anymore. I haven’t really done yet all the steps, what I could do. Last winter, I took a flea market table and sold more than 30 items as well as the clothes of the home’s closet. It is one way to get rid of clothes and goods that you don’t longer need or use. At the same time, I got cleaned out of storage and closets. I just want to keep in the house just the goods that I use, or I like. In clothes, I prefer those that are comfortable and durable. I want to wear clothes what make me happy and what suit me.

First steps for the minimalism lifestyle

I did do also a few challenges last year. I started from seven days of challenge and move on to the month-long challenge. I wanted to take some time for this thought and think peacefully what I want to keep in my life and where I want to give up. It was a good start for this lifestyle. Pinterest is good for some inspiration.

I think also that it’s good to think about how to spend money and goods in life in general. What I really need? Where do I want to spend money and invest in life?

The first step I did, was to reduce the number of goods at home and work. Reducing goods also is a positive effect on the body and mind. Simplification reduces confusion, commodity and the order of the home. Then there is room and time for everything else. Such as family, close friends, hobbies and work. It is also easier to clean your home! đŸ˜‰

To achieve this finish outcome, cleaning, organizing and brainwork are required. Relaxation and being is also part of life.

1. Start your days with some good music

Good music makes your days better, just when you have waking up. Put some music playing, what cheer up the mood and your day.

2. Make good food

Who said that you couldn’t eat good food and well in the middle of your week? Make some good food what you like and want to eat.

3. Enjoy your days and do things what makes you happy

Are those clean sheets or a cup of coffee in the afternoon? Or something else? Think about what things make you happier and do more of these things.

4. Go for a walk and enjoy your free evenings. Enjoy nature and fresh air!

Walking in nature is the best thing to stress less and get yourself a good break. Fresh air, birds singing and green power from the nature view makes your day better.

What is better than planning your future and holidays? What you would want to do on your holiday? Dream a little!

What motivated me to create a blog?

I want to inspire others and myself. I wanted to write and do something for a hobby. I wanted to create my blog to inspiring to others. I also like photographing and this is the way to post them to others to see.

I had thought about it for several years but I didn’t have enough motivation to create a blog. Time wasn’t right. I also was studying and working so I didn’t have enough time for it a few years ago.

This is my journey to become healthier and more wellbeing. I want to improve myself and tell my story to you guys. I have recovered from depression. This is one step for me to be better and to get well.

Now I want to level it up. I want to run my own social media business. I want to help other people to achieve their dreams and vision in life. By guiding them to start their own online business.

Haluan inspiroida muita ja itseÀni. Halusin kirjoittaa ja tehdÀ jotain mistÀ voisi tulla harrastukseni. Halusin luoda blogin inspiroidakseni muita. TykkÀÀn myös valokuvaamisesta ja blogi antaa mahdollisuuden kuvien julkaisemiseen.
