– Normal hummus
– Oranges x4
– Green smoothie shot
– Something sweet

1. Wash and chop carrots by half.
2. Grate the carrots in little.
3. Add carrots to normal hummus and mix well.

2. Crush the avocados and add salt, mix well.

1. Wash and chop all ingredients.
2. Blend all the ingredients well in a blender.
