I appreciate so much this ground,
where I walk.
I appreciate these colors,
what I can see around me.
I appreciate all these sences,
that I can feel in me.
I can feel the solid ground under me.
I can be stronger than ever before.
I can break to pieces like that stone, and be like it when it breaks because the tree grows it roots deeper in the ground than we are able to see.
I wanna be as strong as that stone and the tree.
I can understand why I am here now.
I am ready for this.

Arvostan niin paljon tätä maata, missä kävelen.
Arvostan näitä värejä mitä näen ympärilläni.
Arvostan kaikki näitä tuntemuksia, mitä pystyn tuntemaan.
Voin tuntea tämän vankan maan allani.
Voin olla vahvempi kuin koskaan aiemmin.
Voin mennä palasiksi kuin tuo kivi, joka menee rikki kun puu kasvattaa juurensa entistä syvemmälle maahan kuin voimme silmillämme nähdä.
Haluan olla yhtä vahva kuin tuo kivi ja puu.
Voin ymmärtää miksi olen täällä nyt.
